Weddings
We'd be honored to be a part of your special day!
Please be aware that as a one-woman, home-based bakery, we are limited in what and how much we can make for a single event, so we're generally a best fit for small weddings (under 30 people, including the wedding party), but may be able to accommodate a medium sized wedding (30-50 people, including the wedding party). A larger wedding of 50-100 people might still be possible for us, but at a higher overall cost due to the amount of overtime that would be involved.
The Wedding Cake
We can provide a small, single tier, 6" or 8" cake (3-4 layers) for photos and for the bride & groom to cut and enjoy.
We are unable to provide larger or multi tiered cakes at this time.

Cakes can be made dairy free upon request, but we do not yet offer eggless or vegan cakes - but hopefully we will be able to soon!
Drop Cookies
We have many options for drop cookies that are perfect for weddings! Most cookies can be made dairy free upon request. We also have multiple drop cookie options that are vegan and/or allergen friendly (no gluten, dairy, eggs, sesame, or soy).
Cottage Food Limitations
As a cottage business, there are certain types of desserts I'm unable to offer. The general rule is I'm unable to sell "anything that requires refrigeration to stay safe for consumption". Some examples of items I am unable to use in desserts include:

Cheesecakes

Cream Cheese Frosting

Custard (custard fillings, or custard based pies or bars such as Lemon Bars or Pumpkin Pie)

Whipped Cream (fillings or frostings)

If there are certain items you had in mind for your wedding that are not explicitly on my Menu, just let me know what they are and I'm happy to let you know what is or is not possible for my bakery.
Cupcakes
We can provide cupcakes for the guests to enjoy, in the same flavor as the main wedding cake, or in a mix of flavors depending on quantity purchased (one flavor per batch minimum order qty).

Cupcakes can be made dairy free upon request. At this time, the only eggless or vegan cupcake option we have is Carrot Cake Cupcakes, but hopefully we will have more options soon!
Sugar Cookies
Custom sugar cookies are a lovely dessert option and can be individually packaged to double as edible wedding souvenirs. We have many different flavors of sugar cookie to choose from, and we have multiple vegan & allergen friendly flavor options. Please note that vegan/eggless cookies may need a simpler decorative design, as meringue powder (which contains eggs) based royal icing is better for florals and other "stiff" designs.
