The Magical Baker

The Magical Baker is a home bakery specializing in gluten free goodies, made from scratch - no boxed mixes here!

I was frustrated with the lack of high quality, local gluten free options - and so I started making my own. I'm not content with baked goods that are "not bad for being gluten free" - I strive to make food so delicious, you wouldn't guess it was gluten free!

Currently, my bakery is home based, and I have a certified health permit (aka Cottage Foods License).  As my business grows, I hope to sell my baked goods at farmer's markets, eventually selling to restaurants/cafes/stores, and to one day have my own storefront retail bakery.
 

Most of my sales are through monthly pop ups (usually at the Verve in Capitola), but I also sell items in batch quantities for special orders/events - you can view the menu of offerings and the prices on the Bakery page.   If you'd like to purchase smaller quantities, sign up to be notified of upcoming pop ups (with an option to preorder) here!  You can also find out about future pop ups by following my Instagram.
